Yoga Therapy
HOW CAN IT HELP?
Unlike a traditional yoga class, where you may feel the pressure to perform, Yoga Therapy meets you exactly where you are. It’s all about you, your body, and honoring where you're at in this moment.

Yoga was created to help ease suffering—whether it’s physical discomfort or the mental weight of stress, worry, and overthinking about the past or future.

Through a combination of unlearning and discovery, Yoga Therapy brings you home to your body and makes that a place you want to be: relaxed, calm and vibrant.

"We must not force ourselves into shapes that don't serve us. Yoga is simply a tool. The magic is in the awareness, not the poses."

What I Can do For You
Private Yoga Therapy
Private sessions are just that, private. They allow you the comfort to explore all your questions and concerns, to be heard. Each session is tailored to exactly what you need in the moment: posture correction, recovery, challenging workout or reflective somatic inquiry.
Come as you are; get what you need.
Group Classes
No other teacher does what Sarah can. Get individual cueing specific to your anatomy, injuries or conditions. Sarah makes sense of bewildering yoga cues and teaches HOW to do yoga poses. Sarah makes yoga possible, for any body.
You will always get more than your money's worth from a group class with Sarah.
Body Mapping
Body Mapping makes sense of your body's history and injuries. It provides a "road map," a strategic plan, to moving and feeling better. Share your Body Map with your coach, trainer, PT or doctor.
