Become a confident mover! Skillful movement elicits tranquility and clarity. Emphasis on balance, safe spinal alignment and happier joints. This class is ALL LEVELS. Attend this class IN-PERSON, VIRTUALLY or register, then REQUEST THE RECORDING.
